The fabulous hotel comprises a total of 40 rooms spread over 2 buildings and has been built in a typical Madeiran style, on the exact site of an ancient sugar cane mill and some of the original features have been preserved to this very day.

Facilities

The hotel facilities include a reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, complimentary Internet access and a lift in addition to a billiards room, a library, a cosy bar and conference facilities.

Madeiran and international dishes may be taken la carte in the restaurant and fees apply for use of the room and laundry services. There is a garage available to those arriving by car.
